The Beginning

Starting with a general interest in Architecture, it took eleven years of studying the Art of Architecture to realize my passion is for a very specific category: dwellings which make efficient use of space and resources.  And, looking back at my research papers, I should have come to this conclusion sooner.
The purpose of this blog is to document my exploration into this topic, starting with my own small home.  Most of the content in my initial posts will be sharing a back log of research and exploration until I catch up to present time at which I have acquired a property and am working on the design of my own small, off the grid, home.
I envision this blog as a record of my method, and a resource for prospective little home dwellers.
